Processing and shipping time

Dear customers!

Please note that all jewellery are made on order and take about 3 weeks to ship , though sometimes sooner. I make and do everything myself (jewellery, packaging, postage, communication with costumers etc) and this is as fast as I can guarantee. If you have a deadline and need something sooner, please contact me as soon as you can and I will try my best to make it work!
Please be ready to wait from 3-4 weeks while your new friend is getting to you.

❗Most of German orders should be received in 2-3 days. International orders vary from country to country.
Please understand that once I send your piece(s) out, what happens to it is out of my hands. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, I cannot be held responsible. In my experience these situations are very rare, but possible.
